Shipping policy

In stock orders received by 4pm are generally dispatched same day.

Our primary shipping service is Royal Mail 48/Tracked 48. We may use other carriers where appropriate (over-sized packages for example)

Preordered products are usually dispatched two days before their release date - so the majority of new releases arrive on release day.

We've been shipping orders for over 10 years now, we've gotten quite good at it, and games arriving damaged is VERY rare :) 

We endeavor to be as environmentally friendly as we can with our parcels - we don't buy any non-recyclable packaging and we reuse packaging & boxes where possible.
