Hey all, 

So I thought I would make a post about the overall mission plan of this group.
The idea is to create a space and structure for people to... Just Make Games!

They can be video games, board games, tabletop miniatures games, or even writing an RPG campaign. The point is to get you making something, and to give you a place to share it.

We will be creating a community for people to express themselves through making games, and develop any skills they need for this. Maybe you're a programmer, an artist, a writer, a musician, a designer or just want to learn something new. This group will allow you to find other people to complement your skills, or give you access to learning resources to supplement your own. We will be having regular crit sessions, seminars and general meet ups to allow us to share our creations and get feedback from others and stay motivated. A lot of the time the most challenging part of creating a game can be sitting there unable to show your progress to people you know care, so hopefully this group will alleviate that.

Then we can arrange for learning sessions and tutorials!
